Let’s Do This!
I want to say—it’s really great that you’re here. I know seeing your teen struggle is tough, and reaching out for support is an important step.
Together, we can help them thrive through this stage of life.
Watching your teen navigate the ups and downs of growing up can be both rewarding and overwhelming. Adolescence is a time of major change—not just for your teen, but for your entire family. It’s a season of new ideas, challenging boundaries, and figuring out who we are!
Our teens struggle with immense pressure— from academics, athletics, college choices, peers, and social media. Many of the teens I work with have experienced anxiety, negative thought patterns, isolation, distress, and depression.
My goal is to support teens in building confidence, resilience, and self-awareness in a world where social media is always in their pocket and comparison is just a scroll away. Together, we explore assertive communication, boundary setting, recognizing and challenging harmful thoughts, and what it looks like to live authentically.
We will work through anxiety, OCD, depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.
I also provide parents with the tools to navigate this phase with more understanding, balance, and connection. I work from a secure attachment perspective, focusing on strengthening the relationships that provide safety, trust, and emotional connection.
I offer support for parents who are looking for guidance in parenting their teen through this often-challenging phase. Whether you're feeling unsure about how to handle conflict, struggling with shifting dynamics, or just wanting to strengthen your relationship with your teen, I can help.
Beyond working with teens and parents, I also support adults navigating life’s transitions, career and family stress, relationships, anxiety and personal growth. Whether you’re adjusting to a new phase of life, feeling overwhelmed with responsibilities, or working through challenges in parenting children of any age, I provide a space to help you process, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

It won’t be like this forever
You’re doing everything you can to support your teen, but maybe they’re pulling away, struggling with anxiety, or feeling lost. Maybe communication has become frustrating, or you just want to feel more connected again. That’s where I come in.
I specialize in working with teens and parents, helping both navigate the challenges of this stage with more confidence, understanding, and ease. For teens, that means exploring who they are, learning to set healthy boundaries, and improving communication. For parents, it means offering insight and strategies to support your teen while also taking care of yourself.
And if you’re an adult looking for therapy outside of parenting, I also help clients navigate relationships, stress, transitions, and personal growth.
